Shediac Wonderland began with a simple belief. The belief that our small town deserves extraordinary experiences. Thoughtful, beautifully crafted places that feel intentional — the kind guests talk about long after they’ve returned home.

Séb
Founder & Chief Quest Officer
Seb is the architect of Shediac Wonderland’s vision. With a background rooted in anthropology, entrepreneurship and strategic growth, he approaches hospitality as both an art form and a system. He believes that details create memory, community builds resilience, and if something is worth doing, it’s worth doing exceptionally.
From reviving the Neptune Drive-In to launching large-scale festivals and culinary concepts, Seb leads with conviction and long-term thinking. His focus is on building enduring institutions within Shediac.
Heather
Co-Founder & Heart of Hospitality
Heather is the quiet force behind the warmth. Her instincts shape the tone of Le Griffon Bed & Breakfast, the elegance of guest experience across the portfolio, and the human side of every operation. She understands something essential: hospitality is not performance. It’s care.
Where Seb builds the blueprint, Heather tests whether it feels right from the guest’s chair. Her eye for detail and her insistence on genuine warmth have shaped everything from Le Griffon’s linens to the way our staff greet returning visitors. The Wonderland may be imagined, but the welcome is real. That’s Heather’s doing.

Le Moque-Tortue (a board game bistro), Morse et Marteaux BBQ Smokehouses & Lobster Shacks (four locations throughout Shediac), Le Griffon (bed & breakfast), The Neptune (a Drive-In Theatre), Adorable Chocolat (an artisanal chocolaterie), Bazar Neptune (a Saturday market), and Witzend Tours & Adventures (tours, escape rooms, and concierge), and the Shediac Renaissance Faire: each one a chapter of a larger story about what happens when a community decides to take play seriously.
