Founder & Chief Quest Officer
Seb is the architect of Shediac Wonderland’s vision. With a background rooted in entrepreneurship and strategic growth, he approaches hospitality as both an art form and a system. Big ideas excite him — but only if they can be executed with discipline.
He believes that details create memory, community builds resilience, and if something is worth doing, it’s worth doing exceptionally. From reviving the Neptune Drive-In to launching large-scale festivals and culinary concepts, Seb leads with conviction and long-term thinking. His focus is on building enduring institutions within Shediac.

Founder & Heart of Hospitality
Heather is the quiet force behind the warmth. Her instincts shape the tone of Le Griffon Bed & Breakfast, the elegance of guest experience across the portfolio, and the human side of every operation. She understands something essential: hospitality is not performance. It’s care.
Her attention to comfort, detail, and emotional experience has helped shape Shediac Wonderland into more than a collection of venues — into a place people feel connected to.
